Men’s tennis adds the Georgia Tech Invite for Kamrowski and Matsuoka

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — A late addition to the fall schedule, two Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders will compete in the Georgia Tech Invite on Nov. 4-6 in Atlanta, Ga.
There will be one eight game pro set of doubles and one two out of three sets singles match each day. Doubles will start at 9 a.m. Friday and Saturday. On Sunday, doubles will start at 8 a.m. Singles are to follow the doubles matches each day.
The two freshmen, Marcel Kamrowski and Shu Matsuoka, have a total of three wins each this fall and will look to add to it this weekend. This tournament is a great opportunity to face quality opponents to help prepare for the spring season.
Team competing alongside the Blue Raiders will be Georgia Tech, Vanderbilt, Yale, Georgia, Ole Miss and Miami. Five of the six teams finished the 2021-22 season ranked in the top-55.
