MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Senior Leo Raquin will be traveling to San Diego, Calif. to compete at the ITA Fall Nationals. Raquin is the first player since Gonzalo Morell Raschiatore in 2018 to qualify for the Fall Nationals in singles.
The tournament will take place from November 1-5, at the Barnes Tennis Center. It will feature 32 of the nation's top collegiate singles players.
Raquin won the ITA Ohio Valley Regional on October 16. He fought back from losing the first set 4-6 to defeat Pau Fanlo of Memphis 6-4, 6-0 in the second and third set. The senior had an incredible run in the tournament. Raquin did not drop a set until the first set of the finals. He defeated four seeded players throughout the tournament
The Besancon, France native recently tallied a ranked win against No. 35 Pablo Alemany of Memphis at the Vanderbilt Hidden Duals this last weekend.

" I am excited to be around the elite of college tennis this week in San Diego. Leo earned this opportunity with the incredible fall he has had so far. After All-Americans and, obviously, regionals, he had another great weekend at Vanderbilt playing great tennis and going undefeated. I know he can have a strong week and can't wait for Wednesday's first round."
