Borendame elected to serve on the ITA Men’s Operations Committee and the NCAA Division I Tennis Committee

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Middle Tennessee men's tennis Head Coach Jimmy Borendame was tabbed to the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Division I Men's Operating Committee and the NCAA Division I Tennis Committee as announced by each organization.
"I'm looking forward to continuing to serve on the these two committees and help grow college tennis," said Coach Borendame.
Borendame, along with 12 others were chosen by fellow ITA member coaches and will serve a three-year term that will span until June 2026.
"As both the governing body of college tennis and a coaches association, the ITA is very proud of the outstanding contributions of time and talent by our coaches in the important work of coach governance," said ITA Chief Executive Officer Dr. Timothy Russell. "I am incredibly grateful for the ongoing leadership of Coaches Pollard, Westermann, Moros, and Booras, in addition to the efforts of their colleagues on the committees."
Borendame was named to the NCAA Division I Tennis Committee and is to serve the next three years.
