SCOUTING THE GAMECOCKS
» Jax State is coming off a 67-53 setback at Louisiana Tech on Saturday. The Lady Techsters went on a 16-0 run in the opening period to claim the momentum. The Gamecocks kept fighting, eventually cutting it to a three-point deficit, but could not reclaim the lead in their third league loss of 2024.
» Bre'Anna Rhodes posted her first career double-double in the team's last home game against Western Kentucky on Jan. 13. The junior forward had a 12-point, 11-rebound performance. Her efforts kept Jax State in the game until the fourth period of that 62-52 defeat.
