Halfinger Named Conference USA Athlete of the Month

DALLAS, Texas – Middle Tennessee senior transfer Rostislav Halfinger has been named Conference USA Athlete of the Month for September, per the release from the conference office on Tuesday.
Halfinger, in his first month of play for the Blue Raiders, recorded a 3-2 singles record and a 2-1 record in doubles play to open the 2024 fall season at the Blue Raider Invite in Murfreesboro, Tenn. and the ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa, Okla.
The German native featured as part of the No. 1 doubles team for Middle Tennessee, along with sophomore and reigning CUSA Freshman of the Year Jakub Kroslak. He also featured as the No. 1 and No. 4 seed in singles play.
