The CUSA Regular season champion Lady Raiders saw all five of their starters make a Conference USA All-Conference team, with CUSA Player of the Year Savannah Wheeler and CUSA Defensive Player of the Year Anastasiia Boldyreva making the first team, while Jaylnn Gregory, Ta'Mia Scott and Courtney Whitson earning a place on the second team.

For the men, Jestin Porter was an All-CUSA second team selection, while Jared Coleman-Jones made the All-CUSA third team. Chris Loofe was an All-Freshman team selection, with Elias King earning All-CUSA honorable mention.

CUSA Tournament Bracket Set for this week in Huntsville, Ala.
With the conclusion of the regular season, both MTSU Basketball programs are set for the CUSA Basketball Championships in the Rocket City! Both teams will begin the tournament on Wednesday, with the top seeded Lady Raiders taking on the winner of Tuesday night's matchup between No. 8 seed UTEP and No. 9 seed Sam Houston at 11:30 a.m. CT in the Von Braun Center.

Men's Tennis opens on-campus facility with Sunday sweep
Middle Tennessee men's tennis dropped just one match, but not a single point, in a dual doubleheader on Sunday, opening the new on-campus tennis facility with a 4-0 win over No. 29 Louisville and then grabbing a 7-0 win over Tennessee Tech to end the day.

"For the first match, it was kind of ironic it was just right at the 50-degree rule," Head coach Jimmy Borendame said. "The guys came out and thanks to the crowd they came out as well. It was huge support, and they were really kind of rowdy which was fun to get that doubles point over a good Louisville team. In singles, five out of six first sets were huge and put the rubber stamp on this is our facility.
"We are going to be great here," Borendame continued. "For me, this is really special. I mean this team can't really appreciate what we had and now where we come to have all of this. It's really special to see this transformation and this facility for our players, our student-athletes, our former players and coaches to have is just awesome. I appreciate it and I'm thankful"
