MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — No. 36-ranked Middle Tennessee men's tennis hosted UNC Asheville at the Outdoor Tennis Facility on Monday, April 15 in the regular season finale. MTSU blanked UNC Asheville 4-0.
The Blue Raiders secured the doubles point with wins on court No. 2 and No. 3. Javier Cueto Ramos and Marcel Kamrowski earned a 6-1 win against Ingles and B. Serra on court No. 2. Jakub Kroslak and Shu Matsuoka claimed the doubles point for MTSU winning 6-4 on court No. 3 over
To start singles play, Cueto Ramos won 6-1, 6-1 against R. Serra on court No. 6. Matsuoka tallied a 6-3, 6-0 victory on court No. 5 over Ingles. To clinch the match for the Blue Raiders, No. 32 Leo Raquin blanked Murray 6-0, 6-0 on court No. 1.
