Blue Raiders prepare for First Round of the Starkville Regional against Georgia Tech on Friday

STARKVILLE, Miss. — No. 37 Middle Tennessee men's tennis travels to Starkville, Miss to take on No. 30 Georgia Tech in the first round of the Starkville Regional on Friday, May 3 at 10 a.m. CT.
MTSU is the 3-seed in the Starkville Regional.
The Blue Raiders are coming off their fifth consecutive Conference USA Championship defeating No. 53 Liberty 4-2.
Leo Raquin leads the teams in singles wins with 18. Shu Matsuoka is second with 15 singles wins. Freshman Jakub Kroslak is off to a 12-3 record in singles play this season.
Raquin and Ondrej Horak are both 17-5 respectively in doubles this season and are 16-5 as a doubles pairing.
The winner of the 2-seed Georgia Tech and 3-seed MTSU match will play in the second round against the winner of the 1-seed/No. 15 Mississippi State and the 4-seed Alabama State on Saturday, May 6 at 12 p.m. CT.
