Blue Raider Women's Tennis Set to Host Two Home Matches After Florida Road Trip

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee Women's tennis returns home after a road trip to Florida to host two matches vs. Louisville tomorrow and Chattanooga on Sunday.
History vs Louisville
MTSU did match up against Louisville during the fall at the Miami (OH) Invitational seeing both singles and doubles actions. The meeting tomorrow will be the seventh time the Lady Raiders and Cardinals will see action during the regular season. The series is all tied up at 3-3 against Louisville, setting up a chance for MTSU to take the series lead. In the last matchup, MTSU was able to pull out a 4-3 win vs Louisville, on January 28th of last year.
The first serve is at 4:00 PM tomorrow, January 24th, at the Adams Tennis Complex.
History vs Chattanooga
This matchup will mark the 21st time MTSU will go up against Chattanooga Mocs, with the first being in 2004. Last season, MTSU pulled off a conceiving 6-1 win over Chattanooga, pushing the all-time series to 16-4. To top it off, MTSU is riding high, winning the past two meetings against the Mocs.
