- Finished 17th overall in the 400-meter at the UAB Green and Gold Invitational with a new personal best time of 51.09. He also competed in the DMR and his team claimed gold with a time of 10:07.18.
- Placed third at the C-USA Championships in the distance medley relay along with his team, and also competed in the 800-meter when he finished 14th in the preliminaries.

- Posted a new personal best 8K time of 25:51.2 in the Greater Louisville Classic.
- Ran a personal best 10K time of 34:14.0 at the NCAA South Regional.
- Finished 39th overall at the Brooks Twilight Classic, completing the 4 miles with a time of 21:44.12.
- Ran five times in the 800 meter, recording a new personal best of 1:53.45 at the C-USA Championships
- Ran once in the 600 meter, finishing with a time of 1:21.91
- Ran six times in the 800 meter, posting a new personal best time of 1:54.63 at the Vanderbilt Opener to begin the indoor season
