Laura Cilek began her first season with the Blue Raiders in 2013-14, and brings a knowledgeable experience to head coach Chris Adams’ program. Cilek previously spent time as as assistant coach and player at the University of Iowa. Cilek helped Iowa achieve five top-five finishes and seven-individual top-10 finishes in her first season as an assistant coach. Before serving as an assistant coach she played for the Hawykeyes from 2007-11. Cilek was a four-year letterwinner and was a four-time recipient of the Big Ten Sportsmanship Award and a three-time Academic All-Big Ten Selection.
