Harter's two home run day not enough as Blue Raiders fall to Jax State

JACKSONVILLE, Ala. – Middle Tennessee Softball (19-27, 5-17 CUSA) fell to Jax State (38-12, 20-2 CUSA) by a score of 13-3 in five innings.
Four Blue Raiders combined for five hits at the plate today, led by Macie Harter, who went two-for-two with two home runs, three RBI and a walk. Harter batted in every run for Middle Tennessee and crossed the plate for two of them herself.
Halle Klaiber got the start in the circle for the Blue Raiders, pitching an inning and recording the loss before Tori Coffman entered the game in relief. Coffman tossed three innings to close out the game for the Blue Raiders.
